This is attested by several scientific publications, including the declaration of organoleptic analysis issued by Professor Roberto Zironi, Professor of Oenology at the University of Udine . In this document, the validity and functionality of the inospheres technology is attested both in terms of oxygenation and in terms of great help in contrasting the reduction of wines. The Decaterino is defined as a "dynamizer" that helps the tasting and opens the wine.
